Holladay Marketplace

This was the 2nd phase of our Holladay Village project. We wanted to bring grocery-anchored retail to the City of Holladay. Completed in 2018 and fully tenanted the same year. This is a 22,937 sq/ft project designed by Beecher Walker, and built by Rimrock Construction.
